Breakfast items were fresh and good.

The room was too small and basic amenities like chair and table was missing. Also the corridor was smelling bad. It doesn¿t satisfy the star rating provided.

Free self service laundry. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

The washroom and shower room door does not provide any privacy. Also water leaked into the room from the shower room. Room did not have much space for storage.

Friendly staff. Very warm welcoming the gst brake fast as usual as ihg hotels .i stayed 2 ngt. 1 ngt was divested .after 1 ngt I was looking to find different ihg but they fix a arror. I am still looking for a 1 st ngt com. I guess it's on process.

One of the rare budget friendly option in Pune. The staff was super friendly.

Food was average and the room service was a bit slow.

Could Improve dinner nothing worth to what I am paying. No Acs working in GYM.

Nothing was good, break fast and dinner were horrible. Reception lady on 17/06 night ( 09.30 to10.0 PM timing) was discourteous

Room size was small, toilets were having transparent doors, not even a table to keep food was available

Location is prime.

They charged 8.2 K per night and the facility just below a local hotel. Rooms are small ,Breakfast is really bad.There was nothing other than an adjustment when it comes to breakfast. Its not worth more than 2K per night.Power was keep going and coming for the two nights I stayed ,they told its some short circuit. Talking to some other frustrated people who also stayed there more days told me that this issue is there for past 4-5 days.That indicate the level of maintenance they do.

Room ac was leaking and it disturb my sleep at midnight

The place seems to be missing their SOPs in every area. Sorry to say not expected with a Holliday innbrand.Compact room, with seperate loo & shower rhe wash sink is out in the room. The TV is way too high on the wall..Front desk casual, they got me to fill the GST details was not updated. So I reminded update for bill generation and got back was not done.On seeking an iron in the room the front desk directed me to 1st floor room..I carried my clothes and they dint inform my card needs to have access.The food /Breakfast is very basic and average, no overlook as the Rice /Idly get over and they struggle get refilled.despite reminders.The tables remain uncleaned sign of poor hygien and not acceptable.Location is facing paying guest accommodation with pathetic view.

Clean, streamlined service - you get what you expect. A clean room with amenities, a cafe that covers breakfast and most of the other meals and a fitness center. Extremely quick response times, and very cordial staff. Thoughtfully designed interiors and lighting.

Property did not have central AC. The AC unit is above the window blocked with blinds. A total blackout was not possible.

The room size is too small it’s only 13 sq mt which is not mentioned while booking , later in the email confirmation it’s mentioned TV is mounted way above viewing angle if sleeping on bed , also it shows only Hindi entertainment, news and movies no English content or sports TV REMOTE TO SWITCH INPUT TO HDMI OR WEBCAST IS NOT PROVIDED NO POINT of PROVIDING A 43 inch television Room curtain had stains and walls look old and dirty Broken hangers, no cupboard , although a mini fridge is placed which is of no use Unclean towel. With stains. Also the fresh towel provided were old not a quality that would be expected by Holiday inn standardFood breakfast the idlis were not cooked wellAC kept on going off during power cuts sometimes it resumed , sometimes it didn’t , had to turn on manually during the whole night. Had a very unrelaxed sleep ?In simple words it’s a depleted hotel not maintained as you expect it.

Food quality is not up to the standards of holiday inn and selection of food very very limited , rooms r very small bath and toilets are very congested , basics things are not provided the room .

I was quite happy with the reception and food service staff ... late check out was considered

The car drop from AIRPROT TO HOTEL was too expensive
